Hey, we're not Amazon® but we do our best to ship quickly ;).  Once you place your order, most packages go out within 1-2 days.  But being totally honest we have been known to even get some packages out the same day if you order before noon.  So if you are really in a hurry send us an email or go in the chat and we will see what we can do.  Once you place an order there will be an email sent to you with a tracking number which you will be able to use to track your order as soon as your order goes out.  If you have any questions, problems, or concerns please feel free to email us at: hello@doggierepublic.com, or use the chat feature on our website.  We are here to help and online way too much and will usually respond lightning fast. 

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic shipping, we offer shipping through USPS and UPS and we have worked hard to make it affordable.  We all know in this day and age we could use a price break somewhere, am I right?  Our domestic shipping cost is a flat fee of $5 for domestic shipping on retail orders, and free shipping on retail orders over $75. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.

Additional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through USPS and UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to most countries. "How you doin'?" (yes, it's one of our many Friendsreferences - we quote them A LOT :) ). Most orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.  But if you are having trouble please reach out to us via chat or email and we will see what we can do to speed things along for ya.

Doggie Republic is not responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.  We know, if there was something we could do about that- we totally would, but we don't want to break any laws here.

Shipping cost depends on your exact location and is calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, the estimation for package arrival to international country varies, and is set by the shipping company, not by us. Because if it was set by us, you know we would try to get that package to you faster.  That being said, faster shipping options are available on the checkout page for an additional cost.

Also, please note we do not make any money on shipping.  As a matter of fact, most of the time we don't even break even on shipping. We also don't charge a handling fee, because we don't feel that's right either and we hate it when companies do that.  So please know that our shipping costs are solely to pay the shipping company, so we have no control over those costs and times, so please don't shoot the messenger.
