Still need to return or exchange? We get it - sometimes things just don’t work out.  No worries! Our Free Self-Serve Returns & Exchanges make it quick and painless.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

1. Log in using your email on our [account login page].
2. Enter the code sent to your inbox.
3. Select your order and choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
4. Click "Request Return" in the top-right corner.
5. Choose a reason for your return.
6. For exchanges:
• Select your replacement item.
• Under "Reason for Return," add a note (e.g., "Exchange for Large Champagne Harness").

1. Click Request—you’ll get an email with a return label within 24 hours.

The Need-to-Knows

• 30-Day Happiness Guarantee – Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Must Be Like New – Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• No Chew-Tastrophes – We can’t accept returns on items damaged by chewing or biting. (Puppies, we love you, but come on!)
